Villa Chantel is named after our daughter, Chantel – of whom we are very proud.

This villa is in a magnificent area, just a breath away from the sea with outsnading water views, and merely a 1 minute walk from Playa Bastian beach.

Close by are many cafes, bars, shops and restaurants – ensuring that absolutely everything is right on your doorstep. There are far too many features to mention here, but the villa was previously used as our home – and so has that special feel that comes with a family home.

All 4 bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms, and breathtaking sea views. The master bedroom upstairs has a jacuzzi bath, dressing room and colour television, with patio doors leading to a large balcony with magnificent uninterrupted views across the sea.

One of the exceptional rooms in the villa is the “Chill Room”, which contains a jacuzzi hot tub, pool table, bar, feature fireplace, and a television with DVD player. Perfect for relaxing whilst away, or for entertaining guests. An additional living area contains a feature fireplace and TV/DVD/Sky+ and Playstation 2

Outside are spacious terraces with pergolas to provide shade – all facing south to make the most of the Lanzarote sunshine. There is also an outside dining area with a large barbecue, as well as a childrens play area with toys etc.
